C’est tout neuf, très bien aménagé, confortable et joliment décoré. Le propriétaire est tres facilement joignable et arrangeant.
Peut-être faudrait il ajouter des rideaux occultant aux fenêtres?
Sinon cela n’est pas dû a l’appartement en soi, mais il faut savoir qu’il n’y a pas de commerces a proximité sauf deux restaurants mais cela devrait changer très vite car le quartier est en construction.
Dernière chose, la piscine ferme dès le 31 août.

Очень удобно семье с ребёнком, территория закрытая, чистый воздух, не далеко от города, есть кафе и рестораны в пешей доступности, корзинка, бассейн, никто не нарушает твой распорядок дня, не дорого. Можно планировать свой день как тебе нравится, не нужно бежать завтракать потому что завтрак закончится а потом тебе его уже никто не даст, можно выспаться, позавтракать когда тебе удобно, купить в корзинке что ты и твоя семья хочешь, все практически в шаговой доступности. Нам очень понравилось, думали приехать на один день, но потом остались ещё.
Чуть дальше ещё строят, немного слышан шум, но не критично.

Situé dans un complexe d’appartements au calme. Il y aura dans un futur très proche des commerces autour, les locaux sont encore en achèvement de travaux. C’est un appartement récent, très cosy, moderne et très propre. Plus beau que sur les photos. La literie très confortable. Petit balcon. Beaucoup de places de parking. Il y a une très belle piscine extérieure mais nous n’y sommes pas allés. La machine à laver est vraiment un vrai plus. Un tout bon sèche-cheveux. Un fois l’adresse trouvée ce qui n’a pas été facile car Google Maps n’est pas à jour pour cette région, l’arrivée par contre s’est faite très facilement avec un code reçu pour y accéder.
Rien à redire à part peut-être mettre un rouleau de papier WC de réserve et un étendoir à linge.
