Location wise it’s good, located near hongdae so everything is convenient. Host on booking app is also very responsive even though it’s very late at night.
When I first arrived only noticed that there isn’t any microwave or kettle for me to use, so I was unable to make or warm food up (arrived midnight so bought some ramen from CU). Host offered to purchase a microwave and pot for the property but can’t send staff to install until two days later due to weekend. But two days later due to communication issue the staff didn’t know I have moved the delivery boxes into the property so didn’t help with the installation, but luckily I have managed to do it myself. The ventilation is not so great so you can kind of smell some dampness inside the property (my clothes smell the same after few days hanging at the rack). Also beware that there is a very steep hill to climb before arriving at the property (please check the street view on the map), and the property is located at 3rd floor, if you can’t climb then this may not be suitable for you.
