Un soggiorno davvero perfetto!
Abbiamo soggiornato presso *Il Posto Perfetto di Terre Marine* e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. La casa è *impeccabile, pulitissima e molto curata*: appena entrati abbiamo trovato tutti gli ambienti ordinati e profumati, compresi il bagno e le camere.
La *camera da letto è fresca e confortevole*, mentre il soggiorno è molto spazioso e dispone di un comodo divano letto e di una TV. La *cucina open space è super attrezzata*, con tutto il necessario per cucinare: posate, piatti, bicchieri, pentole, forno, microonde e persino la lavastoviglie. Sono inoltre presenti *lavatrice e aria condizionata*, davvero comodissime.
La casa dispone anche di un *ampio terrazzo con sdraio e barbecue*, perfetto per rilassarsi e organizzare una bella grigliata. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la *stanza dedicata alla palestra*, una comodità non così comune nelle case vacanza. Dalle finestre si può inoltre godere di una *bella vista*.
La zona è *molto tranquilla e silenziosa*, ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi, e la spiaggia si raggiunge in circa *25 minuti*. Molto comodo anche il *posto auto*, disponibile sia sotto l'abitazione sia a circa 100 metri.
Un ringraziamento speciale va ai *proprietari*, davvero gentili, disponibili e sempre pronti a intervenire in caso di qualsiasi necessità. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e a nostro agio per tutto il soggiorno.
Infine, considerando tutto ciò che offre la casa, *il prezzo che abbiamo pagato è stato davvero conveniente*.
*Struttura consigliatissima! Ci torneremmo sicuramente e la consigliamo a chiunque cerchi una casa pulita, completa, tranquilla e dotata di tutti i comfort

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und geräumig, und die ruhige Lage sorgt für einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Besonders positiv fanden wir auch die unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe: Dank der detaillierten und verständlichen Anweisungen war der Zugang jederzeit problemlos möglich.
Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage, außer im Hauptschlafzimmer, und auch keine Ventilatoren oder eine andere Möglichkeit, die übrigen Räume zu kühlen. An sehr heißen Tagen kann es daher insbesondere in der zweiten Wohnung bzw. im zweiten Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer unangenehm warm werden, vor allem wenn man die gesamte Wohnung gerne kühl hätte.
Außerdem sind die Fenster in den Badezimmern sehr groß, aber die vorhandenen Vorhänge sind fast transparent. Dadurch fühlt man sich insbesondere nachts bei eingeschaltetem Licht etwas unwohl und hat nicht das Gefühl, ausreichend Privatsphäre zu haben.

Appart hôtel neuf donc tres propre et tres bien équipé.
L emplacement est tres sympa avec une vue top.
La situation géographique pour les cinque terre est très bien.
Parking gratuit.
Alors réservation pour 5 sauf que le 5eme doit dormir sur un sofa ridiculement petit et inconfortable. Utilisable par un enfant de moins de 10 ans et encore.
Une déception.
La climatisation est dans une seule pièce. Pas suffisante donc.
Nous vivons en campagne et sommes habitués au silence. La route est passante jusque minuit et des 6h. Pas agréable.
Mitigé donc au final.
