Apartamento muito bem localizado, com excelente vista, bem equipado, boa cozinha, 2 quartos com AC, sala de estar espaçosa. Duas casas de banho com boas condições.
Os hóspedes anteriores deixaram alguns danos e o apartamento tem maus acabamentos, como as portas, mas não é culpa do dono. Num apartamento que devia ser de qualidade superior, estes detalhes mancham o que poderia ser um excelente apartamento.

Excellent location, beautiful views, spacious areas, two toilets, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything required for cooking.
Unfortunately, the management experience was terrible:
- Utility Disruptions: We faced repeated issues with unpaid electricity and internet bills.
- Parking Hassles: Security repeatedly refused entry and exit because the management failed to provide us with the mandatory parking access card.
- Payment Issues: Paying was a major hassle as they only accepted cash or international bank transfers—the transfer cost me an extra €70 in fees.
While the apartment itself has great potential, the atrocious management makes it very hard to recommend.
