Posto immerso nel verde che garantisce quiete e tranquillità. La porprietaria è molto gentile e accomodante. Abbiamo chiesto 2 culle per i nostri gemelli di 15 mesi e ci sono state concesse senza sovra prezzo.
1) NON hanno aria condizionata!
2) dall'inserzione non ho capito facilmente che non affitti l'intera villa ( cosa che magari il costo te lo fa dedurre) ma solo il primo piano con rampa di scale che, con 2 bambini e passeggino, non è il massimo.
3) non ho capito perchè, pur avendo un costo giornaliero fisso indipendentemente da quante persone occupano l'appartamento, la signora ha chiuso una delle 3 stanze da letto.
4) la strada che porta alla villa, alla fine è di breccia e polverosa ( lo dico per chi come noi ha allergie alla polvere).
5) NO Colazione.
