Location is quite good. 5 minutes drive to the center.
Apartments is on the top floor of the building and you will see partially view of the lake.it was a clean but not so much amenities. There was no toilet paper. Didn’t check everything. Too much smell of cleaning products.
Parking is very confusing.
Over all nice location, pretty small apartment with a balcony…. But it need a refurbishing and modernising.
Host was good and he will understand what he need to do .

L’emplacement est très proche du centre ville à pied, en marchant un peu et la vue partielle sur le lac est un plus 👍🏼
Pas de ventilateur ou Clim mais il faut préciser que le séjour s’est fait dans un contexte exceptionnel de canicule et de rupture de stock des ventilateurs en magasins

appartement spacieux
Le quartier n'est pas rassurant du tout
L'isolation phonique est très mauvaise et nous avons du endurer les scênes de ménage qui se déroulait à grands cris dans l'appartement d'à côté et les cris de voisins de l'immeuble en face qui se parlaient d'un balcon à l'autre
