Location

When we arrived Friday night the house Was cold . Main heating was not working . We have to use 3 electric radiators stored in the wardrobes in the bedrooms so I think this isn’t a new issue . Kitchen and bathroom had no heating at all. We needed the Sofa bed and it was not settled even though we requested so twice before arrival . last day the lift wasn’t working even though we got help to get the luggage downstairs, we have to go 5 floors downstairs. Common areas of the building werenot clean and in the entrance there were boxes, items for cleaning , vacuum cleaners and supplies that were at plain sight .

The location and all the necessity stuff are available.
