This apartment was like a hidden gem. Although there is no view or garden it is beautifully decorated. Felt light and airy. Also parking right outside and central to all amenities.

Awful.

The central location was good for walking to the beach and around perranporth: that was about it.

The property is not fit for dogs with 2 steep flight of stairs and lack of anywhere to easily let them out safely: £60 for the privilege charged. The appliances didn’t work. I cut my arm on a sharp corner of wood on the stairs. There was no fan or way of cooling off in the heat wave: windows open were the only option which wasn’t great considering it’s above a busy Chinese takeaway (smell plus noisy Deliveroo motorcycles well into the night). The front door latch broke during our stay (we suspect the door was tampered with from the outside) - this did get fixed but we lost a day of our holiday as didn’t feel safe to leave our belongings unattended. Our daughter was ill on the last night and due to the washing machine not working (and door falling off the hinges when opening), our security deposit has been taken because I couldn’t wash the linen. We were nagged out of the property 30 minutes before check out because they had a tight turnaround. You couldn’t sit and eat at the table as a family of 4 as there simply wasn’t space to do so. There was nothing ‘luxury’ about this luxury coastal stay and I would avoid!

A Relaxing and Memorable Stay

We had a fantastic two-night stay in this beautiful luxury home. The property was spotless, stylish, and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The location was perfect—just a 4-minute walk from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the coast whenever we wanted. The house felt spacious, peaceful, and well looked after, and communication with the host was excellent throughout. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
