Quiet, a little secluded, beautiful setting and landscape. Beautiful house, wonderful hot tub. Minutes to every thing.
The only thing that was a little lacking was the air conditioning. Great at night but struggled during maximum temperatures. Was sufficient enough though.

The location was great. It was private and it was clean.
We ended up being charged $25 for two towels that had a stain on them that they could not get out (from the sand at the beach) and we were also charged extra for my 2 children, which I informed her of via text before our stay (and she said no problem, thanks for letting me know). We weren't told there would be an additional charge for this. The A/C wasn't working in the spare room where my kids had to sleep (it was July and hot). We tried to move them downstairs to the pull-out couch and the bracket was broken, so we were not able to use the bed. This was no big deal to us. We notified them right away, so they knew, and the kids survived without the A/C. However, I just felt that given those things, we shouldn't have been charged anything extra, and things should have just been called even if you will.
