We had a wonderful time staying at Tuke Light. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was a lovely personal touch and it genuinely felt like a home away from home for us. We were welcomed with a fruit platter by the lady boss on arrival and the reception staff aided us with purchases of tickets to Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong. It was tricky as we have foreign phones and didn't really read Chinese.
Excellent location surrounded by shops and restaurants.
The room was extremely comfortable and fitted with state of the art toilet seat (think Japanese toilet seat) and AI controlled facilities.
Wonderful choices at breakfast.
Can't speak too highly of Tuke Light hotel. We went away loaded with great memories and made some new friends!
The AI only responded in Mandarin. Not a problem for us as we speak some but it would be helpful to get a different language option for international tourists

Het hotel is prachtig gelegen, omgeven door bergen. Alles is brandschoon en het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het was heerlijk om in de tuin koffie of thee te drinken. Een echte aanrader!
