Very quiet apartment in rather old building with about all the basic elements for week and half long stay at the area. There's a Carrefour market at the opposite side of the street so easy to get food and stuff quickly. Air condition is very good one (weather during visit was super hot). Cold and warm tap water supply also very good.
There's no washing machine for clothes at the apartment. Car traffic is pretty continuous and noisy, luckily the windows at the street side are quality ones. Wifi in the house/apartment is very low performance one (no biggie personally because mostly at outdoors).
