my guest not happy n not worth for the money

new modern house and near to town n lake front

the heat pump at living room not working well need a service , blanket heater in the middle room broken n no heater , another room no heater or blanket heater at all overrall the house freezing cold

This property is under construction.

The address given was being renovated when we arrived. There are scaffoldings on the house and the garden is being excavated. We don't know if this is the correct house and we can't enter the house. The host never responded to any communication via phone calls or messages on booking.com. I only received automated messages for checking-in details. Even booking.com support team cannot contact the owner. Stay away from this property owner as the post is clearly misleading.

This would be a lovely property to stay in during the summer weather, but not ideal if you like to be warm in the winter

Clean, new, good condition

Very cold, despite listed as having heating, this was only in the lounge. Bedrooms and bathroom were freezing and although two of the three beds had electric blankets - only half of one was working. Some electric sockets had clearly been tripped and would not reset and although there was a switch for heating in the bathroom, this did not work.
