Very good location in close proximity to the train station and a short walk to city centre and arena from there.
The property is very spacious for the cost, which was very nice compared to staying in small hotel rooms.
The host is friendly and easily contactable with any questions you may have eg. WiFi access, tourist tax, etc. Check-in and check-out instructions were very clear.
Property had complimentary coffee-machine pods and bottles of water on arrival.
My only issue with the property is that it felt a bit fusty. This may simply be because the property hadn't been booked in a while however, and I suspect simply putting a dehumidifier in the property would easily rectify that.
I also hadn't noticed on booking that it would be a basement apartment. This wasn't an issue, and on closer inspection of the pictures it is quite obvious - just something to be aware of.
