The view from our room was absolutely stunning.
The pool was very nice and even though it was shared we were there alone for all along our stay. Our room was comfortable and included a bath tub that we liked. The staff were friendly and helped us find good restaurants in the area.
The villa located up on a hill, Quercus villa 2 has parking but it’s hard to manage because of the height. Also the reception is only at the Quercus residence near by which is not really easy to go by foot each time you have a question.
The place don’t have any food, if you want breakfast or lunch you need to reserve one a day before. We ate breakfast once and it was mid and cost 15€ per person.
Also, we asked for towels for the pool and the staff didn’t want to give us, they asked us to use our room towels, which were also a bit dirty..

Beautiful view at the sveti stefan and Budva. The apartment was spacious and clean, brand new. Well equipped kitchen. Daily cleaning service. WiFi worked very well. Also we were able to upgrade our room after arrival when we realised we needed a kitchen.
Check in was unclear and confusing - after arrival there is no signs for reception where to go and how to check in. The tv did not work - we reported it on the first day but it was ignored and it wasn't fixed. The swimming pool is small with cold water - if there is a family in the pool you won't find space to swim. The offer mentioned restaurant but in reality you have to order food up front the day before so after arrival there was nothing to order except heated pizza so we had to drive down to a restaurant. We decided to upgrade to a room with a kitchen and buy food ourselves instead. The curvy road up and down is not comfortable. Upon arrival you have to pay the full amount with cash only - again the offer in booking.com was misleading saying you can pay by card.
