Nonostante un disguido della struttura per cui ci hanno sostituito la stanza con la suite vista mare ( avevamo prenotato la villa e ci hanno anche proposto di cambiare struttura con upgrade a villa privata, ma volevamo restare a Jambiani) il personale è accogliente e disponibile, i ristoranti sono validi (siamo stati spesso a Casa di Amici), all inclusive vero con anche alcolici.
Menzione d'onore allo staff, ad Aldo e a Paolo il Manager italiano, che hanno fatto di tutto per farci stare al meglio.
È stata un'ottima scelta stare in relax allo Zan Island Beach a Jambiani dopo la più turistica Kendwa.

Nous avons séjourné 9 nuits dans la villa avec piscine, c’était juste magnifique. Le ménage était fait quotidiennement, et c’était un gros ménage, le lit était fait, nettoyage des toilettes et de la salle de bain et serpillière. La piscine etait régulièrement nettoyer c’était vraiment propre.
La nourriture était top, varié et il y’avait des thématiques le soir c’était vraiment super, le chef Steve et toute l’équipe cuisine nous ont servit comme des rois et je les remercie pour ça.
Et enfin, les membres du personnel ont été merveilleux du début à la fin, très à l’écoute, disponible, ils fesaient tous attention à nous, ils veillaient à ce que nous allions bien et que nous manquions de rien tous les jours. Et comment parler du personnel sans parler de leurs bonnes humeurs, leurs joies de vivre, ils étaient toujours joyeux souriant et ils donnait vraiment un sens à ces vacances !
Merci Zan Hôtel, merci à l’équipe et merci Zanzibar pour cette accueil merveilleux !
Je reviendrais sans hésité dans cet hôtel, j’en garde d’excellents souvenir merci
Rien à dire, tout était parfait, peut-être juste les chaises du restaurant qui sont un peu lourdes mais sinon c’était vraiment magique du début à la fin !

My wife and I had the most wonderfully warm welcome on our arrival and throughout our stay all the staff were super friendly and very helpful. In particular Paulo, Godwin, Delight, Isaac and Latifa were amazing. Godwin, the assistant manager, was exceptional in every way, ensuring we always had everything we needed. They set up the bedroom so beautifully for our arrival as it was our honeymoon.
The pool was clean , the long white sand beach was quiet and stunning. The staff were excellent. The customer service was faultless

A very nice villa with a private pool. The villa is close to the ZAN hotel complex, but the entire villa has a private section with a 100% private pool. We used the all-inclusive package. A very good option.
