The staffs were helpful and the food provided was good,tasty and was worth the money. They made sure we are feeling comfortable especially Subha mam. She was easily reachable and provided us the facilities that we needed.
The room has a lot of potential. A few areas where it could improve:
1. The bedsheets and bedspread would feel fresher with a thorough wash/press - we noticed some hair strands on the bedspread.
2.Kitchen counters and cupboards could use a deeper clean to remove dust and old items which are on kitchen cubboard, and airing out the furniture would help with the old furniture smell.
3. Adding garbage covers for dustbins and providing drinking water would make things much more comfortable for guests.
With a bit more attention to housekeeping, this place could easily be a 5-star stay. We’d love to come back once these are addressed.
