The location was fabulous and walkable to many parts of town. The cottage was well appointed and we loved the grass roof. There is also an off street parking spot which is ideal as there is not a lot of unrestricted parking in Torshavn and none on the road the cottage is on.
As other reviews have mentioned, the downside is the bathroom. It is small which was not a problem for us, but there is a loud humidity activated fan that cannot be controlled manually which disturbed our sleep upstairs and downstairs. If you are not sound sensitive, this cottage is a 10.

Best places to stay in Tórnshavn of family 4, near park ( in park yard actually), 5 minute walk from biggest shopping center in Tórnshavn. 15 minute walk from port and city center. You can park a car at private parking just behind
Prysznic ma problem z odpływem wody, woda odpływa bardzo powoli można to poprawić. Wystarczy przeczyścić odpływ. Zamek w drzwiach głównych również można poprawić po nocy miałem problem z zamknięciem zamka drzwi głównych do domku.

Well equipped, cosy, good position, warm.
The bathroom was not to the level of the rest of the house. The drain didn’t work well, while showering, bathroom was entirely watered.

Kedves szállás, nagyon jó helyen
A konyha felszerelése hiányos volt. A fürdőszoba nagyon pici, és szükös. Nem volt zuhan tálca, így a víz az egész fürdőszobás ellepte, így a mosdókat és a WC-t elég nehezen lehetett használni.
A kis udvar tele volt a felújítás szemetével.
