Horrible experience, stay away from that host.

Nothing

For the first night, the host accommodated us in a different house than we booked. It was a few kilometers away from the original place. For the second night, they moved us to the original house but not to the apartament we booked. We booked 3 separate beds but got only two. The hostile us in WhatsApp that they booked our room to someone else then they deleted the message and started telling a different story that a lock is broken in the other room. So we felt scammed after that trip.

Disappointing given the price

Good location not far from the bus stop, zip wire, restaurants etc. Comfortable bed, large room, very clean. Best parts of breakfast were the homemade jam and honey.

There were extensive power cuts and there was no back-up system, unlike other places around Theth. Two electric bulbs didn't work and had to be replaced - but only after we complained. Similarly, the coffee at breakfast was only replenished after a customer asked rather than staff noticing and doing it on their own initiative. A member of the leaning staff walked into our room on our final day before checkout time without even knocking.

All in all a pleasant stay for a family weekend in July 2026.

Very friendly host, excellent location in the center of the village, beautiful mountain view.

Bien placé, au centre du village, calme et très propre. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Très forte odeur de désodorisant ou de produit de ménage qui est restée tout le séjour malgré l’aération. Très dérangeant et inconfortable.

De locatie van het guesthouse is heel fijn. Dicht bij het startpunt van de Theth - Valbonë hike. Tevens zijn restaurantjes en de supermarkt zeer dichtbij. Ook mochten wij onze bagage hier achter laten toen we een meerdaagse hike in dit gebied deden.

Er was geen airco op de kamer. Toen wij er waren was het ongeveer 30 graden dus het was redelijk warm op de kamer.
