Đặt phòng thành công nhưng chỗ nghỉ không giữ phòng và ép tôi phải trả giá cao hơn cho phòng khác
Tôi muốn khiếu nại về một trải nghiệm rất tồi tệ với chỗ nghỉ này.
Tôi đã đặt thành công một phòng với giá 850.000 VNĐ và nhận được xác nhận từ Booking.com. Tuy nhiên, gần đến ngày nhận phòng, khi tôi liên hệ với chỗ nghỉ thì được thông báo rằng phòng tôi đã đặt không còn nữa và tôi chỉ có thể nhận một phòng khác với giá cao hơn, khoảng 1.100.000 VNĐ.
Khi tôi hỏi lý do, chỗ nghỉ cho biết vì tôi không đặt cọc trước. Tuy nhiên, trong thông tin đặt phòng trên Booking.com hoàn toàn không có yêu cầu đặt cọc hay thanh toán trước. Tôi đã tuân thủ đầy đủ các điều kiện đặt phòng, vậy tại sao chỗ nghỉ lại có thể tự ý không giữ phòng cho tôi và yêu cầu tôi phải trả mức giá cao hơn?
Từ góc độ của một khách hàng, tôi cảm thấy đây là một hành vi thiếu minh bạch và giống như một hình thức "treo giá thấp để thu hút khách, sau đó ép khách phải trả giá cao hơn". Điều này không chỉ gây ảnh hưởng đến kế hoạch nghỉ dưỡng của tôi mà còn làm tôi mất niềm tin vào chỗ nghỉ cũng như nền tảng Booking.com.
Tôi đã sử dụng Booking.com trong nhiều năm và luôn tin tưởng vào uy tín của nền tảng. Tuy nhiên, sau sự việc này, mức độ tin tưởng của tôi đã giảm đi rất nhiều. Tôi cũng đã chia sẻ trải nghiệm không tốt này với bạn bè và người thân, và họ đều đồng tình rằng nếu Booking.com không xử lý nghiêm những trường hợp như thế này thì uy tín của Booking sẽ bị ảnh hưởng đáng kể. Điều khiến tôi lo ngại nhất là nếu đây là một chuyến công tác quan trọng, việc phát hiện phòng đã bị hủy hoặc thay đổi vào phút cuối có thể gây ra những hậu quả rất nghiêm trọng. Một khi booking đã được xác nhận cần phải được tôn trọng và đảm bảo thực hiện theo đúng các điều kiện đã cam kết.
Tôi đề nghị Booking.com xem xét và điều tra sự việc này một cách nghiêm túc, đồng thời có biện pháp xử lý phù hợp đối với những đối tác không tôn trọng các đặt phòng đã được xác nhận. Trong ngành dịch vụ, ngoài giá cả và sự tiện lợi, uy tín và sự tin cậy là yếu tố quan trọng nhất để khách hàng tiếp tục lựa chọ
