The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. The views are lovely from both the balcony and roof top terrace. It is quiet apart from some noise from the nearby building site. The roof top terrace can be used all day and into the evening. The terrace is up an additional flight of stairs but the outdoor kitchen is great and well equipped so apart from food there is no need to carry plates etc upstairs. Communication with the owner was excellent.
The location is not ideal if you don’t have a car although the uber service was excellent with trips to the local Tommy being about £4 each way and into town about £6. Possibly walkable to nearest small supermarket but not in 33c heat. The apartment is on the edge of a building site but this did not impair the views.
We could have done with more towels.

tres joli appartement avec une terrasse sur le toit magnifique qui permet de profiter du soleil de la vue et de toutes les facilités avec frigot, cuisine et table pour repas agréable à l'air.
coin tranquille à proximité de la vieille ville de Zadar sans en avoir les inconvéniant.

This is a truly outstanding apartment, which was spotlessly clean on arrival with toiletries etc. Very straightforward to gain entry, fantastic city views from the balcony and the upstairs area. Upstairs area is a great space with great amenities and a wonderful view. Very easy to get a cab to the city for about 4 euro, or you could walk (about 40 mins and largely downhill), hosts are super attentive and Zadar is a great city to explore. Couldn't fault anything, a superb stay.

Matea was an exceptional host. She always responded to our questions very quickly, professionally and in a genuinely helpful manner. What impressed us most was that she did not simply react to our requests — she anticipated our needs and took the initiative to make our stay even more comfortable. For example, when I only asked whether it was possible to rent a beach umbrella nearby, she immediately offered to leave one for us to use. She certainly did not have to do that, but it was incredibly helpful and saved us from having to buy one.
The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well prepared for our arrival. The highlight was undoubtedly the fantastic terrace with the private jacuzzi. It offers a beautiful view of the sea, while the wooded area in front of the property creates a wonderful sense of privacy. You can relax there peacefully without feeling overlooked or having people constantly around you. It was such a comfortable and enjoyable space that sometimes we did not even feel like leaving the apartment.
The location was also excellent. The apartment is close to a shopping centre and within easy reach of the city centre. At the same time, it is a great base for exploring the area and visiting different beaches around Zadar.
Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Matea’s hospitality, attention to detail and willingness to help made a real difference. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Zadar and would be very happy to stay here again one day.
