The location was great! It was huge for London and had a clothes washer AND dryer!

The beds weren’t the best and the kitchen could use a few more things, but we had a nice stay.

The location was great and it was a spacious flat

There was hair and yellow stains on the bed sheets. The TV dus not work, 1 out of 4 hobs on the oven worked, could not turn on the heating. The cleaner arrived at 10.15am to tell us the check out was at 11.00 am and then was back again at 11.00am sharp. The hand soap had weird spores growing in it
