The room was great, although small it was extremely functional. The staff were very accommodating and so genuinely friendly. Housekeeping cleaned my room twice, even though I never requested it. The coffee table books were amazing!
The TV kept resetting every morning between 4:20am and 5am. It was difficult to get back to sleep after that. I reported it every day, but it was never fixed. Temperature control didn't work. There needs to be a least one drawer for clothes.

V friendly staff...great vibe...comfy bed..convenient for Georgetown ...great view from upper floors
Pity about the flyover in front of the building ...rooms v functional but a little small

It’s clean and small but convenient! Modern with iPad to control the room temperature, curtains or your TV! Their staff are very friendly and helpful! Located in Georgetown, you only need to walk for about 5mins to get there, such a lovely spot!
