We had a lovely stay at the Riad, nothing was to much trouble for Hamza. He went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable and easy as possible, arranging trips, helping with luggage and organising taxi's
it is a beautiful, relaxing environment and all the staff were attentive and engaging.
There was nothing we did not like, everything was catered for.

Fleur d'Orient was a complete gem of a place. It was beautiful, welcoming and perfectly located with most things within a 20 minute walk. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Hamza had all the top tips on how to navigate the city and where to eat, Said had great advice on what to see and do, and Othman provided the most delicious breakfasts and cultural insight. A fantastic team! With so many riads being bought up by outsiders, I felt very lucky to have found one that is still managed by the same family that has owned it for generations. I think that all riads are beautiful but when the staff have a personal connection to the place, then your stay will really be special!
Maybe a clearer sign on the front door as I kept missing it in the street!

The front of house staff are very welcoming and super helpful throughout the entire stay. There are gorgeous flowers and fruit trees everywhere and wonderful roof terrace. The location is perfect for getting around the city but far enough off the main road to be very quiet and peaceful.
Whilst the room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated the maintenance of some areas was extremely poor. Almost all of the sockets and light switches were loose, the door handle/lock was faulty and the television was very small and also did not work. The bathroom was beautifully designed but unfortunately the showerhead seemed to be the cheapest option available and didn't even fit in the holder. It would also be very nice to have a small fridge in the room and bottles of water provided in the room. A menu for dinner and drinks in the room would be great. It did not seem like the riad is making the most of this offering (it smelt amazing!). Just a few small things would take this from a 7 to a 10/10.

Well situated, quite nice staff and breakfasts. Visually it looked nice.
The listing says it has a spa and it only has a little courtyard pool. The tea is €2 a bag which seems ridiculous when they’re buying them for 1MAD if that. It would have been nice if there was filtered water available instead of having to buy it. Compared to other riads we stayed in this trip it wasn’t great.
