De leuk uitziende losse bungalows/cabins zijn nieuw, met goede bedden, zachte lakens, en een merkwaardig lampje pal boven je kussen :) Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Er is verder niets qua faciliteiten en het ligt ver van Semporna. Ze bieden officieel wel diner aan maar de kaart was erg basic en leek ons bij afwezigheid van een restaurant-ruimte ook erg ongezellig. Wij zijn voor het diner uitgeweken naar een resort wat op 10' lopen ligt.
De prijs is aan de hoge kant voor wat er in totaal geboden wordt.

We spent wonderful days in this private standalone wooden chalet hidden deep inside Semporna’s lush rainforest, it’s absolutely a hidden natural paradise away from noisy downtown. The independent cabin offers full privacy, surrounded by dense tropical trees and green plants, we woke up every morning with birds chirping and gentle breeze from the jungle as natural alarm clock. The whole room is spotlessly clean, cozy wooden interior, comfy bed ensured us deep sleep every night; private balcony is our favorite spot to chill, listen to rain dripping on wooden roof and enjoy peaceful jungle ambient after island hopping.
Staff are exceptionally warm and thoughtful, they provide free shuttle service to Semporna town pier, help arrange island-hopping & local mangrove tour with detailed advice anytime we need . Simple fresh breakfast tastes great with local flavors. Staying here lets us fully escape hustle of daily life and immerse in raw tropical nature. Unbeatable quiet retreat in Semporna, we will definitely book again and highly recommend to nature lovers travelling to Sabah!
