I really liked the location. I stayed here while exploring different parts of Iloilo City, so I was looking for somewhere central, with easy access to jeepneys and plenty of places nearby to buy food. This place worked really well as a base for getting around the city.
The unit itself was cozy and comfortable. It had that feeling of being at home rather than just staying in a hotel room. At some point I even found myself wanting to just stay in, hang out, and enjoy the wide-angle view of Iloilo from the balcony or watch Netflix shows instead of going back out. For the price, I thought it was also very good value compared with other hotels.
The owner and the person managing the place were also very helpful through Messenger. I didn't meet them personally, but communication was quick and easy, and I received the door code without any hassle.
I honestly didn't have any major complaints. The only minor issue I had was with the shower. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the overhead shower at first, and the handheld shower/bidet-type fixture wasn't working for me either. I only figured out how to use the shower properly on my second night. After that, though, everything was fine.

Spacious and has complete amenities, very clean, they have toiletries and coffee for free, nice TV with accessible Netflix account, beautiful unit.
Thin blanket and the roll up curtain cannot really block the sunlight. Masilaw lang sa bedroom at 6 AM 😅

"One of the best stays we’ve had. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Huge plus for the fast WiFi and quiet workspace - made our graduation prep way less stressful. The place felt safe, the owner is super responsive, and it was close enough to everything without the chaos. Definitely made the day before graduation way more enjoyable. Would 100% book again.
