Die Wohnung ist sehr schön groß und bequem auch für mehrere Menschen! Der Strand ist wenig Minuten zu Fuß und die innere Stadt ist auch in 10 Minuten angenehm erreichbar!
Zur Wohnung gehört eine süße Terrasse und eigenen Parkplatz. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super!
Der Gastgeber ist flexibel und nett!
Das Geruch in der Wohnung ist störend (Zigarettengeruch ?). Der Sofa im Wohnzimmer quietscht sehr.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von dem überaus netten Besitzer der Wohnung empfangen. Seine Erklärungen waren sehr informativ. Das Gratis-WLAN, sowie die Klimaanlagen (in jedem Zimmer) funktionieren einwandfrei.

The accommodation and the facilities in the apartment are excellent, the place is perfect for 5 people. There was nothing that we found a lack of, even the kitchen facilities are exceptional. The hospitality of the owner is remarkable, he was incredibly helpful, communicative and welcoming. The location of the apartment is also great, relatively close the centre of Grado, not far from the beach, there are grocery stores within walkable distance. The neighbourhood is quiet, the surrounding streets are calm and peaceful.
Nothing really, we enjoyed our stay here.
