Inappropriate behavior and scam

Nothing, that was the most terrible experience of all years renting in booking.com

FIrst of all - this host is a scam. Just before our arrival host wrote me a message that this property is not available because they have "problem with calendar synchronization". They offered us a replacement, which was not so far from the original place. Property was described as much-much better and high value. Property has charged us a security deposit and haven't provided the check-in instructions until 17:00 and did it only after my call to booking.com, also they were angry and not polite in conversation. Right after check-in the true disaster has started. Property was in true - some abondened, dirty place with no sign of comfort or case. So, I have contacted the peroperty (with no answer of course) and the booking support again which was actually helpful. Right after my call to booking support - owner appeared at the property - some angry woman and her husband (I think) - she was screeming and told me I am an "idiot", "stupid" and all others different words :) First time in my life I see such a not adecvate behaviour. She told us to "get out of here imidiatelly", I insisted on full refund of the price first, which was done by her husband or whoever it was and after that we left this nice people along in their great apartment. Avoid by all means this host. I've submitted the full report to booking.com and they take measures based on that, however until they are listed in booking com - please, be careful!
