Nice, cozy, compact and comfortable apartment in gated complex, 5 minutes walk to Lido beach and promenade, just couple more steps to beautiful Maria Pia beach. Restaurants, coffees, bars (not too loud in the evenings) in short walking distance. Beautiful, big terase, extra balcony from main bedroom. 10-15 minutes walk to market or grocery store. Public transport right in front of the complex too. We enjoyed our stay, had great time, would be happy to come back. Property management office was great too, always keeping us informed.
Windows could use nets in the evenings, capsule coffee machine does not really work, there is no cutting knife in the apartment. All very minor things that do not take aways from experience, more a convenience thing. Expect pool not to be available from September onwards, but that would go for most private pools in Sardinia
