Very disappointing.

It was a self-check in with a key box, but I do not remember it mentioned jn the listing. She was available by phone and sent a helpful video. However, if I knew it was a self-check I from the start, I would have not chosen it, because I was terribly tired and I do not do well with videos and finding new places.

The room had NO WINDOWS, which is a big no-no for me, being claustrophobic. Also, the place is listed as a 1-bedroom apartment, but in fact it is a small room with no windows and a little tiny bathroom, with the smallest sink I have ever seen in my life, smaller than train or airplane panels. Basically, it needs to be accurately described and the photos shouldn't give you an impression that it is a real apartment when in fact it is a small room with no airflow. It was noisy outside, too, due to construction outside right on the yard directly opposite the apartment
