It's a very nice brand new property at the end of a private road, which is blocked by a gate. View is nice, a little garden belongs to the property. Equipment is first class, Franke dishwasher, fridge, microwave, induction hub. Motor driven shades on the windows, air conditioning. Everything is like on the pictures, with the addition of a very quiet peaceful neighborhood. One of the very few properties, where we had SHARP knives! This is really important if you want to cook...
When we had issues with the WiFi it was handled with urgency and solved soon. We wanted to check out earlier than the official time, which was possible with some compromise (half hour earlier when we requested one hour earlier).
Many minor things. This business was started recently, maybe they still learn how to make it properly.
- 2 euro/person/day local tax was collected on site, despite the price on booking.com stated (and still states): Includes taxes and fees. This fee was mentioned first time, when the booking couldn't be cancelled any more.
- English speaking means receiving messages in Italian. The lady who did the check in and check out used Google translate to provide instructions in English
- There were no plastic bags to cover the dustbin
- We were 2 in the property, so when we arrived, one of the bedrooms were already locked, we could not even look at or choose the other one. In our case it was not a problem as being wife and husband (altough we rented a TWO BEDROOM property), but what if two friends are travelling together, maybe they would not like to sleep in one bed.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo trascorso una settimana bellissima in questa struttura. Posizione eccellente, arredi curati, relax completo…e vista mare! Torneremo sicuramente!
