Hemos estado muy a gusto en este apartamento. El dueño fue muy amable y nos recibió para el check-in a las 12 de la noche porque nuestro vuelo llegaba tarde. La ubicación está genial.

One word Perfect! Great location with numerous free parking options on the street. In Ponta Delgada parking is a challenge everywhere except by this apartment. Everything is close with an easy 5-15 minute walk. Great city to explore on foot and to have a rental car to explore the rest of the island. Perfect spot to make a base camp with fantastic spots to see in 20-40 minutes in multiple directions. The apartment is excellent, AC in all the rooms, comfortable beds, great shower with lots of hot water, modern kitchen, all the pots, and dishes you need. Coffee pods were provided for the entire week which was a welcomed gift. Has a washing machine, three bedrooms with two queens and two singles. Large living room which has a balcony. Apartment is on the second floor and in a safe nice area. Small grocery store and cafe down the street. Bank beside the cafe where you can get Euros if needed (use the middle ATM). Great pizza place by the pineapple plantation which is a quick 5 minute walk and worth visiting (free with a great pineapple beer). Maybe 5 minute walk from the marina which has an area to swim in the bay with showers and excellent restaurants. Very modern large grocery store just north of the apartment called Pingo Doce which I highly recommend. Manuel was great. Allowed us to get in the unit a little early. Gave us the wifi password, keys, local suggestions. Wifi worked great but best in the living room area. Very easy to communicate with Manuel via the booking app or Whatsapp. The unit is modern, clean, up to date, with everything you will need. Would not hesitate booking this unit again. Would rate it 10 out of 10.

Sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Wir haben uns sehr entspannt und kommen gerne wieder.
Nichts zu beanstanden.
