Penny, the owner is very helpful and responds to messages very quickly.
Great location - quiet and secluded mooring in the marina (can park car almost next to the boat), very peaceful for relaxing but also handy for exploring the local area. Within walking distance of Thorpe Park if you’re into theme parks.
Super clean and tidy boat - it’s obviously cared for - loved the dimmable lighting that enables a cosy environment when the sun goes down!

It was exceptional. So much more than we were expecting. The hosts have absolutely found their calling in life, I've never experienced such care and attention from anywhere I've stayed before. They really want your stay to be magical and everything they do is to help achieve this. From the amazing communication right from the start to the countless little touches on the boat, everything is designed to give guests the best experience. I can honestly say across the hundreds of places I've stayed in with the family this is hands down the best. If you are looking for something a little bit special with hosts who will go above and beyond and are just thoroughly wonderful people, then look no further.

We stayed overnight on the beautiful **Midnight Business** to celebrate my son's 18th birthday, and it was such a memorable experience from start to finish.
The yacht is absolutely stunning and finished to an incredibly high standard. Everything was so immaculate that we genuinely didn't want to spoil the beautiful shower rooms onboard, so we chose to use the onsite shower facilities instead, which were only a two-minute walk away.
A special mention has to go to **Penny**, who was fantastic. Her communication before, during and after our stay was excellent. She made everything so easy and ensured we had all the information we needed, which really added to the enjoyment of our stay.
The only thing that would have made the experience even more special would have been the opportunity to meet Penny in person. We also thought it would be a lovely idea to have a guest book onboard, not just for guests to write their own memories, but for Penny to keep as a special keepsake — something she could look back on and enjoy reading about all the wonderful occasions and experiences her guests have shared aboard Midnight Business.
My son had an unforgettable 18th birthday, and celebrating such an important milestone in such a unique and luxurious setting made it even more special for all of us.
Thank you, Penny, for making our stay so enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend **Midnight Business** to anyone looking for a truly special and memorable experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This lovely boat is perfect for a little adventure stay . Its location was perfect for our trip to Thorpe Park . It’s compact - but that’s boat life - and it has everything you need, we didn’t really need much though as only stayed 2 nights and didn’t cook.
The outside seating is lovely and the added lights really made the evenings wonderful for a glass of wine overlooking the marina.
Toilets are not quite what we are used to and we did find there was a smell from the bathrooms which wasn’t very pleasant. The working shower block is quite a walk from the boat, but is clean and more spacious than the little shower on the boat which we were discouraged from using if possible.
