Casa Saputo is a beautiful, brand-new property, designed with incredible taste and attention to detail. Everything feels high-quality, from the materials and furniture to the smallest decorative touches. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with charming antique details such as the old mirror and table that give it so much character and charm.
But what truly made our stay exceptional was Veronica, our host. We travel a lot around the world, and honestly, we have never experienced hospitality like hers. Veronica is an exceptional human being — incredibly warm, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about making her guests feel welcome.
She gave us so many fantastic insider tips about Palermo: the best places to eat, what to visit, the best times to go, and little local recommendations that made our trip so much better. She was always helpful and even arranged things for us whenever needed. We felt incredibly well taken care of from the moment we arrived.
The welcome package was also such a lovely touch — Prosecco, pistachio pesto and crackers waiting for us. The apartment has everything you could need, including a hairdryer, and every detail has clearly been carefully considered.
The location is excellent as well — in a lovely, quiet and safe area, just around 5–10 minutes from Quattro Canti and the heart of Palermo. It was the perfect base for exploring the city while still being peaceful at the end of the day.
We were extremely, extremely satisfied with our stay. Casa Saputo exceeded our expectations in every way. If you are considering booking it, don’t hesitate — book this property, you will absolutely not regret it!

Veronica was by far the best host we’ve ever had. She helped us every step of our journey in Palermo and she answered all of our questions. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Forever grateful to have met Veronica and her beautiful city. Thank you for everything.
