Highly central location - a supermarket, bakery, pizzeria and pasta place just next to the building. Only 300 m from a great beach. Walking distance (about 20-30 min walk) to the old Budva city and the beach promenade, with all the nice restaurants (a great fish restaurant: Jadran). The apartment is new and built to a high standard, vey well equipped kitchen: big fridge and more than enough storage place in the cupboards (pantry), dishwasher, big and comfy dining area, new and very comfortable furniture, both the sofa bed in the living room and the double bed in bedroom, big shower and washing machine. Very good location also for driving around to other beaches, close to the main road to other small coast cities like Przno, Petrovac etc.
However, basic amenities for a 3-night stay were severely lacking: only 1 dishwasher capsule, not enough towels, insufficient toilet paper. And our request for the extra supplies went completely unanswered. Great place, but host support needs significant improvement.

Location is excellent. The apartment is 10 out of 10. There is absolutely everything you may need. Everything is several steps away, shop, bus stop, cafes, beach. 20-30 minutes walking to Budva center.
Could be black out curtains in both rooms, not only in bedroom.
