The apartment was very spacious and the location was convenient. All the local shops were nearby so it was quite easy to get and come back.
The stay was very disappointing. One shower was blocked and flooded the bathroom, while the other only had cold water, so none of my family was able to take a shower during our entire stay. We reported the issues immediately, but they were not resolved before we checked out, despite being told a plumber would attend. This was especially difficult in the hot weather and with young children who shower every day.
Communication was polite, but the problems remained unresolved throughout our stay. We paid for an apartment with fully functioning bathroom facilities, and unfortunately we were unable to use them.
The self check-in instructions were unclear. We struggled to access the key because the key safe was difficult to open. The code didn't appear to work at first, and we spent quite a while trying to open it before eventually realising there was a small button at the top that also had to be lifted. Clearer instructions would have made the check-in process much easier.
The apartment was accessed via a steep staircase down to what felt like a basement apartment. There was no handrail, making it difficult and potentially unsafe to go up and down the stairs, especially with children and luggage.
