Excellent location, peaceful and serene neighbourhood. CCTVs installed for added security. Great hosts and very responsive. woke up to peacocks dance every morning. Very close to Udupi mutt and Malpe beach. Zomato delivers to this address. Good spacious living room and king size bed in bedroom. bedroom has AC. Has additional blankets, sheets and pillows. Decently stocked(utensils) kitchen. Working washer and dryer.
The living room has no AC and feels very hot during the day.

Located at a good residential area with nature
And also it is near the udupi ksrtc bus stand
And there is parking space for ur vehicle

Our stay at AGM guest house was truly special and something we’ll always remember. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and comfortable—it honestly felt like a home away from home.
The room and service was amazing and added so much to our relaxing experience, but what really made this stay exceptional was the kind and helpful nature of the owner. A heartfelt thanks to Mr Umesh who was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely cared about our comfort throughout.
It’s rare to find such hospitality, and it made our trip even more memorable.
We will definitely visit again. Highly recommended!
