Alles sehr neu, gute Lage, ruhig, in der angrenzenden Ortschaft gibt es alles, was man braucht. Restaurants, Bäckerei, Minimarkt.

Brand new place, the building it is not even visible on Google maps yet. The room also was brand new and very clean. No kitchen amenities, but it had a grill and a toaster. I am really happy that I picked Stavros and Theta Project when choosing between Stavros and Vathi as a base for our 3 days Ithaca stay. Stavros is a very calm and charming place and Theta Project had a great location overlooking Polis beach (just a 3-5 min drive). The communication and support by the hostess was perfect. I recommend the place!
I found the room a little bit small for our familly of 3 - 1 adult and 2 children (especially since we were doing a 2 weeks tour of Kefalonia and Ithaca, hence we had "some" luggage with us), but we were away all day long so it didn't really matter.
Just a kind recommendation for improvement to the owners - it would be nice to have more luggage storage space in the room as well as a place in the bathroom to put all the bathroom accessories guests usually carry with them.
