Erg leuke loft met enorm veel ruimte.

Erg ruime loft met alle nodige faciliteiten.

Huis en omgeving, alsook de inkom en trap naar de loft tonen erg bouwvallig. Huis en omgeving lijken erg verwaarloosd. Hadden lakens en handdoeken bijgeboekt. Blijkbaar was dit niet doorgegeven aan de verantwoordelijke. Die bezorgde ons deze alsnog op een hoopje'. Erg grote TV die dan wel NIET is aangesloten. Mooi decoratiestuk dus.

Bokning med mycket dålig upplevelse!

Bra att få ha hund med sig

1.Skållhett kranvatten i köksblandaren. Fallrisk i brant trappa inomhus. Olåst altandörr mot tak utan räcke. 2.Vi möttes vid ankomst att dubbelbokning med Airbnb och booking.com hade skett. Mottagande värd avsade sig ansvar då han enbart arbetade med Airbnb delen. Ägaren av lägenheten skötte bokningar via booking.com Vi fick besked efter vi installerat vårt bagage, att vi skulle flytta och själv kräva återbetalning av ansvarig fastighetsägare/värd som ej fanns på plats (var i Nya Zeeland). Mottagande värd vid incheckningen, ändrade beslutet då vi bokat och betalt för vår vistelse före Airbnb bokningen. 3. Städning ej utförd efter förra gästerna. Gamla matsopor m.m. kvar som ansamlat flugor . 4.Vid kontakt med Booking. com via samtal och översända bilder på bristerna och konversation med ägaren rekommenderades vi av handläggaren att kontakta ägaren för en prisreducering. Vi föreslog prisreducering, städning och vara kvar enligt bokningen då vi endast hade 1 dag kvar att vistas på Öland. Husägarens bemötande var oprofessionellt och extremt aggressivt. Nu med krav om att vi skulle lämna huset omedelbart annars kontaktades polis för avhysning. Booking.com stöttade oss fullt ut då vi hade rätten på vår sida att stanna kvar då vi betalt för boendet. Vi valde dock att lämna boendet då vi kände oss mycket otrygga med det aggressiva bemötande vi fick. Med hjälp av booking.com fick vi hjälp med nytt boende och vår semester kunde äntligen börja efter denna fruktansvärda upplevelse. 1. Safety hazards: Hot tap water in the kitchen faucet. There was a risk of falling on a steep indoor staircase, and an unlocked patio door leading to a roof area that lacked a railing. 2. Upon arrival, we discovered a double-booking issue involving both Airbnb and Booking.com. The host who met us disclaimed all responsibility, stating he only handled the Airbnb side of things, while the apartment owner managed bookings via Booking.com. No cleaning was done.

Mycket trevligt boende, perfekt läge!

Väldigt bra läge på Öland och mycket trevlig värd, bra kommunikation både innan och under vistelsen. Mysigt rum och mycket fin gest att det fanns filter och kaffe till kaffebryggaren vid ankomst.

Vi saknade möjligheten att sitta ute och äta på kvällarna. Det gjorde att det blev lite fler middagar på restaurang än vad vi hade tänkt oss från början.
