Beautiful property in vicinity to beaches and attractions. The house is new, spacious, functional and full of light. Very good mattress in the bedroom I used. The host lives close by and showed me around the place in person. The town is close to Auray, Carnac and 20 mins to Vannes. For me it was the perfect holiday base!
My stay here was too short! Next time I would stay much longer!

Calm location in Crac'h, close to Carnac and other nice towns, beaches and ports. The house is very nice, beautifully renovated only three years ago with a great garden and terrace.
It's pretty huge and you could reasonably stay there with a big family.
Top-notch appliances, meubles, garden, terrace, bathroom, bedroom, everything is new and/or renovated on a very high level. Very bright and open living area.
For what you are getting, the price is very great, even with the cleaning fee added, which is also just a problem if you stay for shorter periods like we did.
Mickaël was also really a good host, he showed us around and was available for questions. He lives just in the next house so that is convenient for arrivals and in case of questions/issues. Merci!
As it's standing a bit on a small hill, it's pretty open to the road and passer-bys can look inside. There is a fence to prevent that though and it's not like many people walk there (the road is a cul-de-sac and just serves the residential area with only a few houses "behind" it). Just mentioning in case you are overly shy. The positive side of course is that it's pretty bright and the sun is coming into the house seemingly from everywhere.
Substantial fee for cleaning/towels and so on came on top which also was not communicated on booking. I know this is normal for France and I expected it but keep this in mind if you are used to traveling to other countries. Also I would recommend that this is added to the booking description.
If you want to be really nitpicky, there is not much to do in walking distance. Not a problem for most people but keep this in mind.
