House Of Ganga - A Ganga View Hotel

It's my second visit with my friends this time, we explored varanasi like never before... And house of Ganga offers some amazing delicacies... We friends enjoyed this time... And rooms and washrooms were as previous clean and comfortable. Ganga view from balcony is serene.. and as there is preperation going on for Dev Diwali lot of people are cleaning ghats...and do talk to manager as they are one of the sponsor for some events in Dev Diwali, they have offered pass to us for free ... I ll surely attend this Dev Diwali with my same friends.. everyone loved this place..

Good Rooms Fantastic Breakfast Attentive Staff Pros : Both of our rooms were very clean and beautiful, river view rooms were very good( 2nd day we stayed in 109 & 110 room number ) Cons : We booked from booking.com for 2 nights 5th to 7th Oct 2 nights and we were not aware of the message sent by hotel manager for prepayment, but on arrival all river view rooms were sold out even though we have booked and later they showed the message .. so we stayed 1st night in non view rooms which were also good but it’s non river view… but waking up by looking at Ganga gives you some other vibe.. Rest all were good .. thank you Jeet

Rooms and views are good We got room number 208 with great view Food was ok Staffs are always smiling and attentive

OWNER and top management As we didn’t made the payment while reservation as booking. com didn’t asked for it.. they gave some other non view room … and upon asking about this they simply informed as we have not paid while reservation … so the guest who has paid ll get first preference .. they simply make there own rules just because they know they have a hotel in nice location.. anyhow my personal suggestion call them and confirm about reservation if you have not paid… rest all good
