Το μπαλκόνι είναι πολύ μεγάλο και η θέα απίστευτη. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ανακαινισμένο οπότε είναι όλα καινούργια. Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, σε 1 λεπτό έχεις τα πάντα δίπλα σου και στα 5 λεπτά το πολύ είναι η θάλασσα.
Δεν υπάρχει κρεβάτι, αλλά καναπές κρεβάτι. Η ντουλάπα βρίσκεται έξω από το διαμέρισμα (στο πλατίσκαλο) οπότε πρέπει να βγεις έξω από το σπίτι αν θέλεις να πάρεις τα ρούχα σου. Δεν υπάρχει άλλο διαμέριμα στον όροφο, αλλά και πάλι δεν είναι τόσο ωραίο να βγαίνεις εκτός.

Εξαιρετική θέα στη θάλασσα απ το υπέροχο μπαλκόνι!!!είναι στο κέντρο κ πας με τα πόδια όπου θέλεις! Την επόμενη φορά που θα βρεθούμε στο λουτρακι σίγουρα θα επιλέξουμε το minimal panorama !

Clean apartment with kitchen and bathroom in a breezy patio, with a large deck and panoramic views over the ocean and city.
The entrance and outside of the building including the elevator very dilapidated. We almost turned around and left, but then decided to go up and look at the apartment which was fantastic. Don’t let the entry scare you off!

La terraza y las vistas son preciosas.
El apartamento tiene posibilidades pero por el momento ha sido decepcionante.
Aparenta modernidad pero no dispone del confort necesario.
Está situado en el últilmo piso de un bloque feo y descuidado. El apartamento no está terminado, la zona de cocina, comedor y baño están sin terminar, no hay paret!! está protejido por unos plásticos (de los que utilizan los bares en invierno), estábamos a 35 grados centígados y era literalmente un horno!
No dispone de cama, en su lugar hay un sofá plegable, no apto para adultos mayores de 60. La cocina está mal surtida, imposible cortar una sandia con el pequeño cuchillo de plástico. (Tuvimos que ir a compra un cuchillo). No habia secador y cuando lo cumunicamos a la propietaria puso en duda que dijéramos la verdad. Finalmente se ofreció a traer uno pero ya nos íbamos al dia siguente, reaccionó tarde. El pasword para acceder a lo wifi no está anotado en ningún sitio, tuvimos que contacar con la propietaria y tardó tres horas en responder.
