THE SMELLY GUY EMPLOYEE WHO GIVES THE ROOM KEY

The guy who comes to bring the room key literary smells bad. His body smells bad and his breath smells very unclean. He should present himself better, if he is going to work at a hospitality establishment. The quality of this hotel is a dump. I could not even stay here. I had to cancel everything and request a refund.

THE EMPLOYEE TRIES TO KEEP THE DEPOIT AND LIE

This apartment is not the same as in the pictures. The area is dirty, and the employee enters the apartment when you are not there. He also steals and takes money and tries to keep the deposit.

Bugs and Roaches Everywhere; Not a Hygienic Place

Firstly, this place is not the sam as advertised. I made a reservation, and when I checked in, I was given an old and outdated room. This room looks very different from the photos. The manager also messaged me and told me that that they had oversold my room and that I would be placed in a disgusting room. Also, when I asked to be refunded for the time that I was in the wrong room, they refused to do it despite me not getting the room that I requested. There were ants everywhere in the room. Also, on my first night, I received a message from the manager and he told me to turn my music down, but firstly the rooms are sound proofed and I was sleep when I received this message, so he was lying. Lastly, I forgot my pot for cooking, and I asked the employee who checked me into my room to save my item that was in two bags and closed-- it was one that I purchased for myself. When I returned to pick it up, he did not provide it to me and told me that I would have to wait one day to get it. Then, I spoke to the corrupt manager who made him give it to me on the same day. When I got it back, I discovered that the manager had opened my cooking pot, and he was using it to prepare his own meals. When I told him about it, he became angry and lied and stated that I damaged the property, and I told him that he was a liar, and that I took a photo when I checked in and I also took a photo when I left the property, so he can not say that I damaged the property. The manager for this property is very dishonest, and they are thieves. It makes me dislike people from Bangladesh, because they are the ones who own these rooms and apartments. The cleanliness is not acceptable by European standards, and you will be located at an old part of the city. I have added pictures so that you can see the condition of the room that I was given.

The overall experience was outstanding, featuring exceptionally comfortable accommodations and top-tier hospitality. Every detail was handled with care, making the environment feel warm, welcoming, and seamless from start to finish.

The breakfast buffet lacked fresh variety and ran out of several hot options early in the morning. Additionally, the street noise from outside was quite noticeable during the late evening hours.
