La Villa está nueva y bien cuidada, sin embargo no se ajusta a lo publicado, porque es una villa que comparte los espacios exteriores con otra villa y con la casa de los cuidadores, lo cual te quita toda intimidad y eso en el texto del producto deberían indicarlo. Todo el día está pasando gente por el jardín, con lo que tienes que tener las cortinas cerradas a todas horas, y para eso no se alquila una villa. Y para acceder a otra villa posterior el espacio exterior es común y deben pasar por tu villa y aparcar en el espacio de tu villa. La ubicación no es nada turística, cosa que nos gustó, es más, está ubicada en barrios más locales aunque no esté cerca de lo más turístico. Los techos son muy bonitos pero no están aislados con lo que el tráfico parece que te pase por encima de la cama, al igual que las familias de monos que pasan por la mañana.
La piscina no hace más de 2x2m, con lo que realmente parece más un jacuzzi y da justo a la zona de separación de otra villa y la zona donde viven los que cuidan la propiedad y no tiene privacidad ni espacio alrededor en el que moverte. La separación con la otra villa son tan solo unas plantas y no muy altas. Los cuidadores, viven justo atrás, y están todo el día entrando y saliendo, así que nunca estás solo. No puedes dejar nada en la encimera de la cocina porque en 5 min tienes una marabunta de hormigas…

We were honoured to be the first guests at Mangalam Villa, the villa was way above our expectations, this js a luxury villa and amazing value. The property is beautifully renovated, everything is new and it’s very spacious. It was great for our family as it had a games room and plunge pool which the kids loved. It waa a short walk to Dutch bay beach which is beautiful, with some great local restaurants. If you want sun beds and a tourist beach then it’s a 10-15 mins journey in a tuk tuk to Uppaveli beach. We got a jet ski in Dutch bay which was great as no one on the bay. The communication from our hosts was amazing, Noel and Sofia gave us recommendations for restaurants - ISSO Prawn was delicious, and advised on where to book activities - they were always being available to answer questions. A huge thank you to Malar and David who look after the property and are regularly on-site to help with anything and it’s beautifully clean. We stayed 3 nights but wanted to stay longer!
