Great location , bright big rooms, nice and clean
The internet was shocking. I went for work and really needed internet but could not get any reception and I was in the room closest to the office.

Great location, quiet and convenient, well appointed, free laundry a bonus
TV is in the wrong place - should be in the living area. Wifi signal was very poor

Clearwater Motel Apartments are located in the center of Espereance near the town's cafes, supermarkets and retail stores. There is a McDonald's just across the street. The rooms are comfortable with a minimalist design. There is a kitchen, SmartTV, modern bathroom and a small seating area on a deck in front of the unit. A washing machine and dryer are available for guest use at no cost. The only negative for me was the slow speed and spotty Wi-Fi, which could have been a function of the location of Unit 1 where I stayed.

Clean, good location
No working WiFi. Didn’t have it at all during our stay.
