The owner is so helpful and attentive.
Very good view to sea, to mountains and to the city.
Comfortable, not little room.
Good building. Lift is working well. No lines for the lift.
Wi-fi is not high speed enough to turn on TV.
Floor was not cleared and some not fresh bedsheets has given, but after informing the owner they solved the problem immediately.

Just spent a few days at this Blue Sky Tower apt and it was a total vibe.
The views from the balcony are honestly to die for — you get the sea, the mountains, and the Batumi Arena stadium all in one panorama. Looks stunning at night. Location-wise, it’s a 10/10. The beach and Dancing Fountains are a short 500m walk away.
Also, having a huge Carrefour just 50m away is a literal lifesaver. Plus, there are so many food spots around with every cuisine imaginable, you’ll never go hungry. The place is modern, super comfy, and very secure. Will def be back next time I’m in town!

Blu sky tower это как жить в гонконге по цене Грузии
Прекрасное расположение и очень стильный новый комплекс 4*.
На завтрак ходили в кофейню а вечером в 500 метрах был танцующий фонтан - это максимально красиво и вдохновляюще.

Главное - великолепный вид на горы море и стадион !
1. кодовый замок - я заселился самостоятельно
2. Квартира укомплектована посудой и мебелью
3. Рядом гипермаркет carefoor - все под рукой
4. До пляжа 500 метров и вечером танцующие фонтаны
Итог - я в восторге !!!
