It was a nice and roomy appartment, with a kitchen fridge and dishwasher , fully supplied with pans, plates and cutlery. The Wifi was good, and the double glazed windows provided excellent noice reduction .
on the day of arrival, you get a message on where to get your key, if you don't know this , there is noone that can answer your question, but if you do it is very easy.
