Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Open small lounge 12 m2. 1 room 12 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Upper floor: 1 large room 20 m2 with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 12 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 10 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Oil heating. Large balcony 30 m2, west facing position, large terrace 30 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Memory stick (free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
