A truly memorable stay at a beautiful new hotel that combines an excellent location, elegant design, breathtaking views, and genuinely exceptional service. Situated in a peaceful and pleasant setting, the hotel offers a wonderful atmosphere that makes the entire experience feel particularly special. The views are impressive and greatly enhance the sense of relaxation throughout the stay. We booked two rooms, both of which were beautifully decorated, thoughtfully arranged, and extremely comfortable. The refined details, high-quality finishes, and warm atmosphere created an experience that was both luxurious and relaxing. We especially appreciated the in-room coffee machine, a practical and very welcome touch. What impressed us most was the exceptional quality of the service. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team was warm, professional, attentive, and sincerely welcoming. We felt valued and perfectly looked after throughout our stay. I would also like to commend the Director of Front Office, whose professionalism, leadership, and attention to detail were evident throughout our visit. The consistently high level of service reflects a strong and well-established culture of hospitality throughout the hotel. In summary, this is a new, elegant, and comfortable hotel where location, design, hospitality, and thoughtful touches come together beautifully. Habituée des déplacements à Grenoble, j’ai voulu tester ce nouvel hôtel. Quelle bonne surprise ! Une grande chambre (un studio avec kitchenette très pratique) avec vue dégagée sur la Chartreuse, un calme absolu et le personnel au top. Au vu du rapport qualité/prix, je reviendrai.
