The place was absolutely gorgeous, beautifully maintained, and even better than we expected. The location was excellent, with good security and all the amenities one could need.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality and responsiveness of the host, who attended to all our requests promptly and professionally. Despite our booking being made at extremely short notice, we were welcomed with such warmth, care, and efficiency that we immediately felt comfortable. The host went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable, setting a standard that many other hosts could learn from.
To top it all off, I accidentally left my trackpants behind after check-out, and the host was kind enough to contact me immediately to let me know. Fortunately, we had not travelled too far and were able to return and collect them. Their honesty, attentiveness, and outstanding customer service were greatly appreciated.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and well-managed place to stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Please consider removing items that may give the impression that the apartment is currently occupied, as this can affect a guest's overall comfort. For example, finding used body lotions in the bathroom cabinet was somewhat unsettling, as it created the impression that someone was actively using the space.
I also noticed tea and coffee sachets stored in the cabinets that appeared to be past their expiry dates. As the apartment is self-catering, it may be best to remove these items altogether to avoid any confusion about whether they are intended for guest use.
I understand that the property has only recently been listed, and I would like to offer a few suggestions that could further enhance the guest experience. It would be helpful to provide a wine opener, tin opener, kitchen scissors, and at least one bowl with a lid or a food storage container for guests who may wish to refrigerate leftovers.
Additionally, the wardrobe contained a step ladder that occupied a significant portion of the available space, making it difficult to store both of our suitcases. As the apartment is already relatively compact, removing non-essential items that guests are unlikely to use would help create a more spacious and comfortable environment.
Please take these comments as constructive feedback intended to assist in improving an already wonderful property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and overall the experience was absolutely amazing.
