ALERTA: Troca de chácara de última hora para local precário, furto de pertences e calote!
CUIDADO! LEIAM ANTES DE LOCAR!
Gostaria de registrar a péssima experiência, a total falta de segurança e o completo descaso referentes à minha reserva na Chácara Recanto Palmeiras. Fui vítima de propaganda enganosa, furto e quebra de acordo por parte do proprietário. Relato abaixo a sequência de absurdos:
1. Troca de Acomodação na Calada da Noite para Local Insalubre
Reservei a Chácara Recanto Palmeiras com antecedência, escolhendo o espaço justamente por ter uma estrutura completa e bem equipada, conforme o anúncio. No entanto, enquanto estávamos a caminho, por volta das 23h30, o dono entrou em contato informando que a chácara que eu havia alugado já estava ocupada por outras pessoas e que nos colocaria em outra propriedade.
Como era muito tarde da noite, estávamos na estrada e completamente exaustos, acabei aceitando a troca por pura falta de opção no momento. Porém, ao chegarmos, o choque: o novo local era totalmente precário e não tinha nada a ver com o que contratamos. A casa estava praticamente vazia. Só havia a cama, sequer forneceram lençóis. Para piorar, a água da casa estava desligada porque havia vazamentos em várias partes do imóvel. Nós mesmos tivemos que ligar o registro de água para conseguir usar. Reforço que só aceitamos passar a noite ali porque já era quase meia-noite e não tínhamos mais energia para buscar outro lugar.
2. Invasão, Furto de Alimentos e Desculpas Absurdas
Após esse transtorno, fomos dormir. Havíamos deixado nossos mantimentos e alimentos, todos devidamente ensacados, em cima do freezer na área externa, ao lado da cozinha. Na manhã seguinte, para nossa surpresa, todos os alimentos haviam desaparecido.
Liguei para o dono do espaço para relatar o sumiço, e ele teve a coragem de dizer que "isso já havia acontecido antes e que a culpa era dos cachorros". Essa justificativa subestima a inteligência de qualquer um: não havia absolutamente nenhum vestígio de sujeira, sacos rasgados ou restos de comida pelo chão. Se fossem animais, haveria bagunça.
